It reads right out of
a fictional spy novel and is quite interesting considering the scale of the
potential money laundering fraud – $15 TRILLION! The plot involves the US
government lying about hundreds of thousands of tons of imaginary gold, illegal
wire transfers and loans or counterfeiting totalling $15 trillion used to prop
up the U.S. dollar as bond buyers have disappeared.
This staggering
amount of $15 Trillion matches the total amount of the U.S. ‘official’ debt. It
would be easy to dismiss this story on the surface as fake, but the funds were
apparently cleared and accepted by senior executives at both HSBC and the Royal
Bank of Scotland.
"In April and
May 2009, the situation started with the alleged transfer of $5 trillion to
HSBC in the United Kingdom. Seven days later, another $5 trillion came to HSBC
and three weeks later another $5 trillion. A total of $15 trillion is alleged
to have been passed into the hands of HSBC for onward transit to the Royal Bank
of Scotland. We need to look to where this came from and the history of this
money. I have been trying to sort out the sequence by which this money has been
created and where it has come from for a long time." Lord James of
Blackheath
Lord James of
Blackheath, a member of the UK House of Lords, has done his research and claims
that the $15 trillion is the property of what some people have called “the
richest man in the world”, Yohannes Riyadi. My Riyadi is supposedly descendent
of the emperors of the Indo-China dynasty. At farfetched as it sounds, Lord
James of Blackheath claims to have seen some of his accounts, showing that he
owns upwards of $36 trillion. Others point to the fact that the name Yohannes
Riyadi is listed on the NY FED website in connection with other bonds scams.
However, an original copy of the document has been unveiled with the signature
of Ben Bernanke.
David Noel James,
Baron James of Blackheath CBE (born December 7, 1937) is a British businessman
and corporate troubleshooter and Conservative life peer. James has had a varied
career in the city of London. Between 1959 and 1964, he trained with Lloyds
Bank, joining Ford Credit's launch team in 1964. He then became a director of
many companies.
James attracted some
press and blog attention after a speech in the House of Lords on November 1,
2010, in which he claimed to have been approached by an unnamed organization
wishing to fund massive public works projects in the UK with vast currency
reserves backed by gold bullion.
James attracted some
press and blog attention after another speech in the House of Lords on February
16, 2012, in which he claimed a massive $15 trillion money-laundering fraud
from the United States Federal Reserve in the name of "Yohannes
Riyadi" - a man who may or may not exist. James offered to provide
evidence and asked for an official investigation.
Yohannes Riyadi
Yohannes Riyadi is
supposedly the richest man in the world and descended from the emperors of the
Indo-China dynasties. Funny how no record of this exists anywhere except from
Lord James of Blackheath when he exposed this crime to the House of Commons in
February. Others point to the fact that the name Yohannes Riyadi is listed on
the NY FED website in connection with other bonds scams. However, an original
copy of the document has been unveiled with the signature of Ben Bernanke. An
alternative explanation involves the Bush family and monies earned through
years of currency trading aimed at collapsing the Soviet Union. The money was
allegedly going to be used to support the dollar, a reasonable explanation. The
money started at the Federal Reserve of New York, then to JP Morgan, HSBC and
finally to the RBS. Lord Blackheath said he received an official document from
Riyadi, dated 2006, which states the US government set up a meeting between him
and the Fed of New York to discuss this plan. The meeting was supposedly
attended by Alan Greenspan and Tim Geithner. This entire scam may be nothing
more than a fancy way of money laundering with the sole purpose to keep the
dollar from collapsing due to massive fraud by a collusion of the US government
and the Big Banks. If they have been counterfeiting trillions of dollars for
some time, this might explain why both regulators and the banks have been
reluctant to open the books for financial scrutiny. Other problems exist with
this story as the Fed of New York was never authorized to hold or transfer that
huge sum as indicated, yet the documents that have been authenticated as
legitimate show that it did, suggesting an illegal money laundering operation
run from the highest levels of government. The amount of gold, 750,000 tons,
used as collateral for this loan, which according to Riyadi and Lord James was
actually a theft as nothing was ever paid back, is bunk as that amount of gold
does not exist. There is almost certainly not that much gold in the entirety of
the planet to be mined, so unless someone figured a way to turn lead to gold,
this number is pure fantasy. The Bank of Indonesia said as much in a document
which stated Riyadi only had 700 tons of gold, a still astronomical figure and
further points to him being a real person. If the funds were transferred this way,
without any government oversight from Congress or the President, it is a crime
of unimaginable sums.
Farewell to the dream
treasure for the poor Italian debt. Farewell to 40% of the 134 billion dollars
in securities seized by the Guardia di Finanza in Chiasso. Are almost certainly
false. Firstly: the two "Japanese" caught with the loot seem to be
two Filipinos, delinquents international well-known, at least in Southeast
Asia: the first has a couple of names, Yohannes Riyadi aka Wilfredo Saurin, the
other should be his partner, Joseph Daraman. Apparently, they would have
specific precedents: peddlers of false Federal Reserve. course, this is not
explanatory of the biggest mystery: what purpose were thugs - apparently acting
for money - would try to palm off titles cutting $ 500 million each.
Future columns will
investigate into the Pureheart Foundation which appears to be a money
laundering operation and the possible originator of this scam. That $15
trillion could have been used to save this country from ruin, but instead went
into rich people's pockets, possibly stolen form another. Think about this.
Let's say Riyadi exists and is as rich as people say. If he was a secret
trillionaire and the government set him up to defraud him of some of his money,
who would he go to report said crime? He doesn't seem to exist in cyberspace
anywhere, but banks and our Treasury department sure seem to think he's real.
It's like stealing drugs from a drug dealer. They are not going to report said
crime as illegal activity is going to put them in jail to. If Riyadi does
exist, getting to someone like Lord James may be the best way, while still
staying anonymous.
The House of Lords
was treated to a 10-minute speech last week by Lord James of Blackheath, from
whom we have not heard much since he announced in 2010 that he was in touch
with Foundation X, a “genuine and sincere” secret organisation that wanted to
lend the British government £75bn.
David James was a
City businessman commissioned by the Tories, in opposition, to report on ways
of eliminating government waste. Last week, the 74-year-old peer was exercised
about a story he has picked up that $15trn – that is $15,000,000,000,000 –
belonging to “the richest man in the world”, Yohannes Riyadi, was deposited in
2009 in the Royal Bank of Scotland. Lord James said he remains baffled after a
two-year pursuit of the story, but has all the information on a memory stick,
which he is offering to hand over to the Government.
His documents include
a letter from the Bank of Indonesia telling him the whole story is a “complete
fabrication”. He took his concerns to the Treasury minister, Lord Sassoon, who
said: “This is rubbish. It is far too much money. It’d stick out like a sore
thumb and you can’t see it in the RBS accounts.”
And an alert
Financial Times blogger said that had Lord James googled “Yohannes Riyadi”, the
first item to come up would be a warning from the Federal Reserve Bank of New
York that the name is part of an internet scam designed to get money from the
gullible. Two agents are trying to trace who is behind it. Perhaps Lord James
should offer his memory stick.
Update: The Fed has
been warning for years that “Yohannes Riyadi” is a scam:
Scam Involving
Yohannes Riyadi and/or Wilfredo Saurin
November 2007
The Federal Reserve
is aware of a fraudulent scam involving individuals using the names Yohannes
Riyadi and/or Wilfredo Saurin, or persons claiming to be representatives of
these two men. In a typical version of this scam, Mr. Riyadi and/or his
delegates falsely claim that they have on deposit with the Federal Reserve Bank
of New York several U.S. Treasury Checks issued to Mr. Riyadi amounting to
billions of dollars.
The Federal Reserve
Bank of New York has been contacted by several brokers and financial institutions
worldwide inquiring about the validity of this fraudulent account
documentation, which is being offered as collateral for lines of credit or
other types of asset based financing. The fraudulent scheme includes multiple
documents which purport to have the signatures of various Federal Reserve
officials, including Chairman Ben Bernanke.
In some instances,
individuals involved in this fraudulent scheme claim to have met with Federal
Reserve officials and claim to have verified that the alleged account is in
order. We have also learned that the fraud may include the purchase of certain
documents by the introducing brokers.
If you have
information regarding this fraud please contact either Robert Amenta, Special
Investigator at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or Erik Rosenblatt,
Senior Special Agent at the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and
Customs Enforcement.
Yohannes Riyadi is
not the richest man in the world – this would be the head of the Rothschild
family, currently Sir Evelyn Rothschild, whose net worth is estimated to be of
the order of greater than half the world’s wealth; nobody else comes near to
that.
The principally
suspicious thing is that Lord James of Blackheath is the guy who last year put
forward an offer from the shadowy, Foundation X, to the house of Lords in the
UK, to pay the UK national debt. Foundation X is believed to be a front for the
Rothschilds themselves.
